Newbe, need help, should i open blog for every topic?

Hi,
I'm little confused.
I understand that i should have WP blog specific for 1waylinks, donor blog, and then to submit links to my sites within articles that i submit, right?
Now, i have different websites in different topics, so lets say 1 site is about flowers, so i open another WP blog for 1waylinks on this subject, and submit articles etc..
And other different WPsite about forex, so i need to open another site for 1waylinks in FX subject?
Or that you (1waylinks) don't care if i'll open one general site and you'll use it for whatever.
And where can i find detailed explenation of how to submit the articles?

Hi,

After 16 views ( must be counting bots :) ) I'm here to let you know that you only need to put 1 blog in the system to get 250 posts a month to as many topics as you want. They have to be topics that are allowed though. :)

The blog you put into the system has nothing to do with your posts.

the articles?
About the blog, i need to buy some domain and start a simple blog on WP and give the system the username and password?
What about the settings and "about" the blog etc.. "1waylinks" do all that?

I also don't understand what 3 links do i need to put after the configuration:
"To help facilitate this, please choose 3 link texts that you would like the links back to your blog to contain. These will be used in addition to the blog url, blog domain and blog title."

Is this 3 of the 250 bucklinks or from inside the "donor blog" for the system?
