I haven't understood 1 thing specifically...

We cannot post articles about Halloween? with links to halloween costumes shop sites?

thanks

Jom

That's right. Halloween is a holiday (a word derived from "Holy Day"), specifically, what we call Halloween is really  "All Hallows Eve".  So it's on the banned list... Therefore your post will not get approved by the editor/reviewer checking it.

I am new to WordPress  and I really do not understand exactly what good adding link text 1:  link text 2: link text 3:  will do.
If these are keywords but they have no webpages associated with them, what good does it do?
You say we have no control of what goes in our blog, so what is in our blog won't necessarily have anything to do with
those 3 link texts.

The 1WayLinks.net system is designed to grow links to the blog that you submit. This will help your blog get crawled faster, and the links from your blog to be weighted more in Google's algorithm.

To help facilitate this, please choose 3 link texts that you would like the links back to your blog to contain.
These will be used in addition to the blog url, blog domain and blog title.

link text 1:
link text 2:
link text 3:

They will end up being posted with blog entries, as anchor link text for links pointing back to your blogsite. If you choose them wisely, establish a theme for your blogsite and use these incoming links to build your blog's PR and credibility, then they will help...

It is not true that you have no control over your blog!

You have "no control" only over what postings are made to your "General Interest" (or whatever you choose to call it) category via 1WL.

But you have full control over:
1. All postings made to all other categories.
2. Static pages.
3. Static links back to all of your websites and blogs.
4. Your blog's theme, title and any additional promotional content.

So you have a great deal of freedom to promote your blogs any way you want to...   ;)

AM I understanding this correct? If I have a blog about a specific subject, i.e. snowboarding & I use 1waylinks to build links, am I going to get post completely unrelated to snowboarding?

Right. At 1WL we do not separate either blogsites or postings by category. All are for "General Interest". This seems to work remarkably well.

1WL is for getting lots of links. If you want to get targeted links, join MyWayLinks.net   ;)

I am new to 1waylinks and have been writing one article with the keywords I am looking to rank for.  I get 250 posts per month and am using about 70-90 per article written.  Therefore, I am writing about 3 articles per month.  My question is this:

Is it better to write one article and have it posted throughout the month 250 times?
Is it better to write 2-3 articles per week and have each article post 20 or so times per month?
Is it better to write 1 article per week and have it posted 50-60 times per month?

Further, if we put an article out in the previous month is it acceptable to rewrite it with the same keywords and resubmit the new article for the next month.  In other words do you have to continue to recycle your articles via spinning month after month?  If so, then how many times do you repost the article. 5-20 per month?

Just curious and any help is appreciated.

These days things are different. You will find out how long it takes to write 1 article that gets approved. For that amount of work you will, as I do, use that same article at least 250 times/spins.
If you find the time and energy to write more articles that get approved, it will be good to cycle them for the same set of keywords.
Again, a lot of us set one article with one set of keywords and rarely modify it. I personally use 300 spins now.
Maybe more, later when my eyes will give out completely lol :)
