Resource Page PHP file source code
« on: January 04, 2012, 10:41:28 AM »
Hello: I'm having a problem with trying to re-upload the PHP file. I had to do some work on a xsitepro site which had 3way links resource page working fine until I had to republish the site. I went to my domains in 3WL links page and  right clicked to save as, it is saving it in MSWORD once the zip is opened, and of course the code is being corrupted and  screwing up the resouce page. My question is how do I get the raw PHP code that I can copy and paste directly to XsitePro as I did when first putting a new site into to the Network for approval. The raw PHP code no longer shows up after approval, my only option is to right click and "save as" which I don't want to do inorder to avoid corruption. My HD crashed and my sites were approved and published but  xsitepro backup was missing a couple of approved pages, the pages were up and running on the net but missing in my xsitepro data folder so they must added back in and repulished therefore I need the RAW PHP File again how do I do this.
Thanks in advance
Fuzzie

Hi,

I too build some of my sites using XSitePro.

Try it again. This time instead of doing Right-Click "Save-As", simply just click the "Right-Click Here" link and download the file "as-is". This way the file won't get corrupted when you open it in your hard drive. Once you open the zip file and identify its location on your hard drive, you should browse to the file using your usual FTP software and upload it to your site's server. Before Validating, remember to link the file from your home page!

Hope this helps!

Andy
