Hey John how can I fix this. My site got declined for not having links on the home page when it clearly does?

The backlinking site I'm using it uidteam dot com which redirects to

{snip: please don't include site urls, it's against the TOS} <---- The actual homepage and links are at bottom next to the continue button.

Please let me know how to fix this so that way I can use this service. I've taken the $7 trial and I would hate to cancel because I wasn't
able to use it at all lol.
