Hi Folks,

I have on my home page located in the footer both links to my 'resources' page.  It's viewable by clicking on the copyright icon '©'.  Every time I submit my websites for review they get declined.  This is seriously frustrating and making this trial month un-worth my $7 USD.  In fact the process for getting your website set up is so not straight forward I think Jonathan you should be paying customers for trying to figure it out.  Does the link need to be called something in particular?  Am I missing something? Or, is the person who reviews websites just unable to find the link?  This is seriously frustrating and is turning into a waste of time.  As a side note why is it that that you maintain vagueness when selling this service to potential customers?  I mean, you don't announce on the sales page that paying customers will be linking to other paying customers or that if they quit the service their links vanish.

I would seriously like to hear your thoughts on this Jonathan.  Perhaps create a straight forward honest sales page.  Or, are you afraid that would make you less money?  Pardon my frustrations....

It says plainly on the sales page:

Quote
The system will start spreading links across the network automatically, performing 3-way link exchanges between your site and other sites in the network.

Pretty clear that you'll be linking to other sites, no?

As to the other issue, put a ticket in at www.AskJonLeger.com and they'll take care of it.

Jon

My apologies.  I must not have understood how the system worked.  Nonetheless it's not on there that you must remain a paying member.  Nonetheless thanks for the response.  I understand now?  would you perhaps know what the issue is with my sites being declined?

For the decline you will need to put in a ticket at the help desk. They will handle that.

As for not telling you that you lose your links if you cancel, I would think that would be rather obvious in a system that relies on each website in the network linking to other websites in the network.  I mean, why should you keep your links when everybody else has to pay to keep theirs?  That wouldn't be fair to the paying members, would it?
