I am not in data base but I am paid up.

I cannot get into the tool.  I cannot even get recognized.  I am not on the mailing list.
My log ins only produce a "does not exist" type message re: my user name and password.

I AM paid. I do have a paypal receipt.  I did set up a user name and password.
However, I am not able to even get recognized in the log in page and I am not getting any emails or updates that others say they have gotten.

I have a ticket submitted but I think it is getting pushed aside since I am not in the data base to begin with.
Where do I go from here?

It helps if you could say what tool you're talking about.

If you have submitted your paypal transaction to support,
then they will sort it out for you, but please realise that they
are probably very busy because of the hosting problems.
