AA doesn't work on Windows 7 Ultimate
« on: November 13, 2009, 01:09:39 PM »
Hello!

I bought AA few days ago and I installed on my computer OS Windows 7 Ultimate. No problem at installation but when I want to find questions, AA doesn't work at all and i have an error message appear on my screen. I wrote a ticket to help desk, but still NO answer at all after few days. Is anyone which can help?
Thank you very much!

Because Windows 7 Ultimate is a 64 bit system, you need to "Right Click" and  then choose "Run as Administrator" when you run AA. The first time you do this, you will need to re-enter your license.

You will always need to start AA this way, but AA will only ask for your License number the first time.

Hope this helps.
