Answer Analyst not working for me

I have Answer Analyst installed on my laptop and my desk top. One computer is running IE 9 and the other is running IE 8 but Answer Analyst is not working on either one. The question generator at the top is working and retrieving questions from Yahoo Answers and/or ask.com but the part that pulls answers to your questions is not returning any results for me.

Is anyone else having this issue? Everytime I put a question in and click the button I'm getting a message that says "No answers were found to your question".

I guess I should submit a support ticket. I hope this can get fixed soon.  :(

I submitted a support ticket and was told to try turning off my firewall. I tried it and it didn't change anything. I didn't think it would though because Answer Analyst worked fine one day and didn't work the next and I had not changed any of the settings on either one of my computers that I have AA on.

Since that response to my support ticket I have not heard anything else yet so who knows what's going on. I hope this gets resolved soon because I write a lot of articles and I really prefer to use AA for my research vs. doing a search in the search engines. It seems faster and easier to me to let AA grab some info from a bunch of different sources and put it all in one place for me.

I use AA several times per week and I am very anxious for it to start working again.  :'(

Yes, I haven't used AA for a while, because I tend to use IAW more but it is very good with providing references, if you need these. My firewall isn't affecting IAW3 or Tip Builder, which would appear to be similar programs, so I don't see that it should have any effect on AA!

I have probably been using that one too, just hadn't noticed the upgrade!  :D

And yet IAW3 is working fine - just tried it there now.

I typed in a very simple question, for which I was certain AA would normally give pleanty of referenced output. It may have been "Dogs?" But, I've tried again today and not even one single response today!

I submitted a ticket but it has not helped. They just told me to turn off fire walls and make sure anti virus software was not preventing the program from running properly. None of those things worked, there's something else going on.
