I submitted a support ticket and was told to try turning off my firewall. I tried it and it didn't change anything. I didn't think it would though because Answer Analyst worked fine one day and didn't work the next and I had not changed any of the settings on either one of my computers that I have AA on.
Since that response to my support ticket I have not heard anything else yet so who knows what's going on. I hope this gets resolved soon because I write a lot of articles and I really prefer to use AA for my research vs. doing a search in the search engines. It seems faster and easier to me to let AA grab some info from a bunch of different sources and put it all in one place for me.
I use AA several times per week and I am very anxious for it to start working again.
