In my first message, I get that error right after I put in my registration code.

When I put in a question to get the research material I get another error.

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.  If you click continue....
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I can do a search for questions.  I can also select "get answers".  However, the system seems to get stuck.  It found 17 results and is now stuck with a message in the lower left hand corner that says "parsing results 17 of 17".

How can this be fixed?

Duh... don't you hate it when you have to waste your time with answers that people should already know?

No.  I wasn't sure if it would be the same problem for two different programs.
