When Jon does a demo, he uses specific key words that abound with answers.  Yet, other keywords do not work half as well.  I am getting better results in Shablast.

AA doubles all my questions and many times brings up garbage answers or specifically targets a company as in laserjet printers.

I have requested a refund.

I do have IAW and tried TBS which I liked very much except that you pay for it forever!

I really feel badly about AA since I needed that type of software so badly!

You need to take this up with Jon or with the help desk. I am a user, like yourself.

EDIT: I looked back through your posts and found that you are interested in herbal tea, laser printers, email marketing and life insurance and that you use "USA" as the country. I put all of these in and used USA. Results attached in the NEXT email, as I got a message that my posting exceeded the 20,000 word limit for a post. It may need 2 posts. I did not get anything like that.  I got hardly anything and most of the questions were doubled.  I wrote Daniel a ticket on the Support Help Desk.

I live in Israel.  Even when I change my location, the only time I got anything substantial was when I used Jon's keyword demonstration.

The reason I was writing you is that you answer all the emails and give AA such a wonderful sound off.  I am wondering why I am not getting your results?

I have no idea what to do about it.  If I had those results, I would be deliriously happy!

I don't know why you are not getting those results. Jon or the help desk are the only ones who can maybe help you with that.
