account details not received after 72 hours of payment

this is my second thread and i believe there will be nobody who will read and solve the issue like the first thread.

terrible support. if you cannot give me access, please refund me. Don't waste my time. Already wasted 72 hours and still don't know how many more hours need to be wasted.

pepdeal not sure if you read this on your other thread,  It took them 5 days before I got my access via an email they sent. But I believe that might only be because I put in a help ticket here: https://askjonleger.desk.com - so hopefully you did that otherwise it might take a lot longer then what it took me.
Hope things turn around for you soon.

My apologies for the slow response. The help desk is swamped due to the success of Social Multiplier and one of the full time help staff had a death in the family that made it worse. They should be caught up in a day or two.
