When I save a job with expanded content looks like it's not getting saved with this option...

Do you mean "anyone - is help desk slow" or "anyone know anything about superspun expanded"?

I have the feeling (and it is nothing more than that) that jobs do not get saved as complete articles but as "searches" that are run fresh each time, so you get a new article each time. I just had a go at getting an article with super spun content and while I didn't try every option in the drop down list, I couldn't find any of the topics with expanded super spun content available.
Did you get an automated response to say that help desk had received your ticket? Have you checked your spam folder? They are normally very good about getting back to people.

Hello PureGreen,

This is Daniel W from the Help Desk.  Our average response time to all new cases is 24 hours and I see that we've answered and responded to all other submissions you've made on the Help Desk.

Do you happen to have any pending cases on the help desk that haven't received a response?  If so please provide me with you case number.

Thanks for your inquiry here on the forum, however, issue such as this need to be submitted to the help desk.  Since it wasn't submitted to the help desk it explains the lack of response you received here on your thread.  I've only seen this thread now because Meg sent it to me here on the forum.

As to the issue you've raised I've been able to duplicate the problem and it's something on Jon Leger has the ability to correct and fix.  I've sent this issue directly over to him, however, I'm afraid I don't have an ETA as to when this will be corrected. 

For the time being I'm afraid you'll need to build out the job for any articles you wish to have expanded super spun content.

Hi Daniel... actually all my last requests were answered not in 24 hours but in 2 or 3 days. That's why I prefer to ask all my questions on the forum now :) thanks for forwarding my issue to Jon.

Hi PureGreen,

You'll notice I stated our average response to all new cases is 24 hours, however, when we hit busy periods that response time can be higher than usual.  I'm sorry you haven't received a timely response on other cases, however, you encountered a 4 day delay here on the forum before someone was able to address this matter for you. 

Again, it's best to submit bugs, issues and problems to our help desk but I can't force you of course :-D
