Have the new features been added yet?

When Article Builder was closed last time it said there would be some huge features added to the software when it opened again. I received an email last week that's it's open again but didn't see any of the new features mentioned. The super spun content and auto-post to blogs were already mentioned before on the sales page -  so those aren't the new features. 

So have the new ones been implemented yet? If not can you elaborate a little what they will be?

Yes. The new features were Super Spun content for all the categories (not just the Super Spun documents that were there before) and the automatic blog posting features.
