paid via card but still not got login access into articlebuilder

I have paid via Zaxaa and did not get any login access . It has been 8 hours. I also submitted a ticket but stil get no response.

The payment at Zaxaa shows "Completed" and Zaxaa Transaction ID: AAA3D27D8B3D9A6ED8352844138113EC

kindly give me the login access ASAP

Support can take up to 24 hours to respond. They are very busy due to the promotion of Social Multiplier last week.

The product is most definitely still live. I just opened it there and downloaded an article. I am sorry you are having to wait for access, it's always frustrating when a new piece of software isn't instantly available.

pepdeal, I tried replying to your post on my thread but this forum didn't allow it. See my other thread expressing my frustration. Any-hoot. It took them 5 days before I got my access via an email they sent. But I believe that might only be because I put in a help ticket here: https://askjonleger.desk.com - so hopefully you did that otherwise it might take a lot longer then what it took me.
