Adsense limit before manual check

Hey Jon,

I have heard that there is a level of income that an adsense account reaches at which point that account is scrutinised by Google. Is this so?

Say if I my earnings reached £800 per month from Adsense, would Google manually check my account?

I don't know if there's a limit before Google does a manual check.  I can tell you that at the height of my AdSense days I was making about $2,000 USD per day and as far as I know Google never checked on anything.  If they did check, they didn't seem to care, and most of that revenue was coming from auto-generated sites built around long-tail keywords.

Can you tell me if you still have your adsense business and is it still earning at those levels?

I do, and it's not.  Google has long since prevented those kinds of automated systems from working.  The one stopped in 2008.  That's why I do not endorse fully automated content generation anymore.  They do not make for a good, long-term business model.
