TBS Account Not Active

TBS Account Not Active

Bought TBS 2 days ago and when I try to run it, it says my account is not active.

Sent support ticket, but no response. Would be nice to be able to use this software I have paid for.

Have you checked your spam folder for the bounceback message from the help desk?

There is always a bounceback message on a successful ticket submission. If you didn't get one then you did not submit a ticket, even if you thought you did!

The help desk posse try to reply within about 24 hours, longer over weekends. Remember they are in the USA and so may well have a significant time offset to you.
