I have had it several times that my article was approved by ArticleDashboard...but when I click on the link, both in their confirmation email as well as on their site, often a message comes up saying "sorry but this page doesn't exist" !!

Anyone have any idea how to avoid this? There is no support over there..

Anyone came across this? Its really annoying getting your article approved, only to find it "non-existent" somehow...

I just had an article approved, but when I went to view it... the page was blank in FireFox and showed as a broken link in Chrome.  ???

I removed an ! from my article title, re-submitted and after getting it re-approve it works fine now.  :)

It might be worth checking your article title for strange characters like ' * ! & % $ etc. as the title is used to form the article's URL. Try limiting titles to text, numbers, spaces and hyphens only.

I have received the same message about 4 times
today from different articles. "sorry but this
page doesn't exist"
using the approved link
both from their email and when I signed in and
looked at my articles, shows as approved but -
the link don't work, gives above message.

I have replied to the email's they sent and asked
for someone to check it.

Also went to their site & used the contact button,
but have received no reply..

I don't know what else to do either?

Thanks for the earlier suggestion of checking for weird characters...that might be it...

yeah AD doesnt have support really. I went to their "contact us" page, but there's nothing there. A reply to didnt work either: I think there simply isnt anyone home :-)

Yes, articledashboard can be very irritating sometimes, sometimes it just will not let you login, will keep asking you to confirm email.
That is an article directory script which has no further development and a hackers paradise.

I faced the same problem with some of my articles. Then I noticed that all such articles had question mark or a period in the title. I re-edited the article, removed the ? and . from the title and submitted it again and had no problems thereafter.

Thanks everyone's suggestions...there is one thing that ArticleDashboard doesnt seem to accept, and that a ? (questionmark) in the title...

I removed them and no worries since.

I've had the same problem, the odd thing is, however, that I found out my article was approved because there was a ping on my blog from someone who has used the article.

I went off to their site, and there it was, but no way I could get to it myself. How could they be using it and I just get 'Sorry that page does not exist.'?

Can't say I'm impressed with either ArticleDashboard, or Isnare.
