And to think.. this has happened to the toughest, most secured government facilities. I've heard the Pentagon's computer system alone takes some thousand hits a day by hackers!

some free software. There is no such thing as real security on the net.

Having done a stint in a security center I can tell you stories that will make you both laugh and cry. The truth is, security has never been better then after 9-11. The reality is,
it's never been good enough!
Never.
But the average person doesn't help. I've had business people refuse to show up for the police after their businesses were clearly broken into! One woman's excuse for not wanting to go to her business was that it was raining out and she was afraid of thunder. How do you suppose the police are to react to that sort of lameness?
I had a doctor argue with me because I could not give him the exact name of the dispatching officer but only the man's badge number. This fool spent 10 minutes yaking at me rather then getting on the blower to the cops to see what they turned up in the robbery of his practice!!!
And don't even get me started on computer security. Most people are too lazy to take the time to change their pass words regularly.
