If you are logged in to your ezine articles account and are submitting an article it's on the bottom of the submission form labeled 'Author SIG - Resource Box'

When you click through to read any article it's usually the last couple of lines, just above the line that reads 'Article Source:  http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=XXX_XXX'

Oh thanks a lot.. I was looking for the exact "about the author" term. So thats the place to enter the links?

That's where eZine wants the links -- has to be only two links, the anchor text cannot be 4 words or more; and they don't like links to spinners and the like.  But Gather allows the preceding with no problem, if you need.
