My particular story that culminates with my needing financial help is pretty much like everyone else’s. Some wrong decisions made at the wrong time, have made me… well, very broke to put it simply!
However, I wish I could justify being needier than all the previous (and future) posts here, but it’s not up to me to judge that.
Oh, it’s not because I don’t have a legitimate need.
I am countless thousands of dollars in debt and struggling just to pay the rent – never mind paying for anything else! Unless things change drastically next month, I won’t be able to attend my daughter’s June graduation from university (in Scotland – which is quite far from where I am… and thank goodness for student loans!), or worse yet, be able to buy her a nice present for her 21st birthday next month!
Really, I don’t want to compete to win a trophy on who’s more broke or in a worse business situation – it’s all “part of the process”, as I always say.
Yet, I haven’t given up on my chosen path of personal development and that of trying to be of service to all, and so cannot help but to be grateful to just have the opportunity each and every day, to be able to change the rest of my life and be better than the day before.
On my path to self-improvement and with that, my attitude of always giving, even if it’s just so little, I believe that in order to receive anything, you first must give it.
Well, I cannot give money right now to help anyone, and I will let Jon decide whether I’m worthy of his generosity, but in the meantime, I can give something else to all readers here, that will certainly help them with their current difficulty with money and life in general.
Before getting into this financial state, I was embarking in the niche of “brainwave entrainment”.
I had an expert create a set of tracks that I was eventually going to market. Now, for the very first time, I’d like to give one of these away – perhaps the most useful of the set that I have. This one is simply called “Relax”.
What’s it good for? It’ll help you do just that: relax! It’ll also help you sleep better – you need to be able to sleep well at night and think well in the day, especially in times of stress and financial difficulty.
There is no ulterior motive for me doing this and am not requiring anyone to give anything back (not even your email address!) - and no, it's not even a "demo", but rather, a full 30 minutes of relaxation.
If you like my track, I would appreciate your feedback and whether it made a difference to you – but if you don’t want to let me know, that’s OK too as I give it freely as my way to contribute and help someone in need.
So here’s wishing you all best success and a speedy financial recovery!
Morris
