Okay, I just installed a STYLE mod for the bbcodes. So you can do this now:

(table style="width:500px;")(tr)(td)
Your pitch.
(/td)(/tr)(/table)

Replacing, of course, () with [].

Example:

Is there going to be any legitimate way to rebump a thread once it has slipped down a few pages? On the WF you have to pay for each bump, but I realise this forum software is set up to bump any thread that has a reply.

I don't think it's necessary. On WF the bump is needed because replies don't bump the thread back to the top. Here a reply does bump it to the top. So any time a potential customer asks a question, or comments on their purchase, or otherwise replies, you get a bump.

Jon,

I have several memberships with a regular higher price and then once
they become a member they are entitled to joining the other memberships
at a lower price.

My thought is to offer the members here the straight discount price, would
this be considered a legitimate offer under your guidelines?
