I've had a ticket in since December 16th - NEVER got a response - look back through this thread!

I already ping'd Amin (the help desk manager). Check your spam folder for help desk replies.

Jonathan - hope you can understand my frustration!? Can we take this off-line so I can make sure you have my correct email? I just want this fixed and feel like I'm getting the run-around.

what is the current situation of KeywordTitan? Its website doesnt seem to work properly. Is this project still being developed? I purchased lifetime of KeywordCanine long time ago, I have the access to keywordtitan, but it is strange that there is nothing about this tool here on forum, its website also doesnt work (no prices, etc.).
