What happened to Keyword Canine

Keywordcanine has been replaced by KeywordTitan . You should have got an email quite some time ago about the changeover, with details of how to change over. I can't see a KC board on this site, any longer, so you could contact helpdesk to ask them but they are very busy at present, so you COULD try going to http://app.keywordtitan.com/ putting in your user name and then clicking on "forgot password". That might work. You would have to check your email. If it doesn't work, contact helpdesk. https://askjonleger.desk.com/

Never received an email about a change. Tried your suggestion and it did not recognize the email. I'll try the help desk. (out of curiosity, why isn't there any info about that change here?)

There was info but the changeover happened quite a while ago.

It's normally 24 hours during the week but longer at the weekend.

You could try looking back through your spam folder to see if there is an email there.

I'm on my own domain - so it would not go into SPAM. Plus, I save every email for my subscriptions - I looked back and have nothing from Keyword Canine or Jon for Keyword Canine

I'm about to login to the support desk to handle any tickets. It's officially closed during the weekend, but I often login to send replies on a weekend.

As to Keyword Canine, Jon did sen out more than one email about the change to Keyword Titan.

Sometimes your web host will deny receipt of email because it throws a false positive on their spam filters. It won't even go to the spam folder -- it just won't be delivered. That's probably what happened here.

Thanks Jon - I'm getting your other emails and we host our own domain. Amin gave me the URL for a password reset but the KeywordTitan site said it didn't recognize!? What are me other options?

If your PayPal address is different from your normal email address use the PayPal one. If not Amin will have to set up the account for you.

It's not hard to reach us normally. I've ping'd the help desk manager (Amin) about this. Make sure you're checking your spam/bulk folder. Sometimes help desk replies land there.
