Article rejected! My dashboard smothered in red!
« on: May 07, 2013, 09:42:20 AM »
OK - a bit dramatic but I had an article rejected by ineedarticles because it referred to the UK. The explanation said that ineedarticles could not cover UK articles at present because most of their writers are in the US and it takes too long to do research for a country they are not familiar with.

OK, I'm fine with that and I understand the message. Now, how do I cancel that article and take the big red swodge off my dashboard please?????????????????????????????

I'd like to know that too. I also have a rejected article, with the explanation

"The writing style is left completely to the discretion of the writer. You cannot request changes to the point of view or specific article formatting."

The thing is, I didn't request any changes. I just filled in the boxes as normal. If they can't do the work then that's fine, but reject it and refund the money, then at least we can place another request.

At the moment, they're holding the money for doing absolutely no work.

In addition to that, they are also holding money for an article I cancelled.

Support is slow to none existent, and the service is poor.

Get it sorted.

My money got refunded immediately.

You must be one of the lucky ones then Meg.

I've stopped getting any correspondence from "support", and no refund as yet.

I'm just going to keep posting on here until I get some action.

Hello Ian,

I am Jon's Help Desk Manager.  I just found your ticket and your claim/accusation of slow to non existent support certainly isn't the case.  I'm sorry it's taken longer than expected to get a resolution to this issue, however, I can assure you we will get this sorted for you in a timely manner.

Please review the reply I've made in your ticket.

Thanks.

Hi Ian,

It's Daniel again.  I am just replying to this thread and confirming that these two requests have been refunded your balance corrected.

Please let me know if you have any other problems in your ticket.  I would be happy to help you from there.
