Hi Amin ... I have sent you the info you asked for. It is now THREE WEEKS since I requested the articles and paid the 24 hour premium.
I don't care about the extra cost, but I DO care about the atrocious service.
I know it is not your responsibility, but Pleeeease would you get this sorted.
I also feel, in all candour, that some gesture of good faith compensation is in order, and an explanation as to why J leger is offering such an awful service.
