Hello Ray,

My apologies and I've sent you a PM.

Hi Amin ... I have sent you the info you asked for.  It is now THREE WEEKS since I requested the articles and paid the 24 hour premium.

I don't care about the extra cost, but I DO care about the atrocious service.

I know it is not your responsibility, but Pleeeease would you get this sorted.

I also feel, in all candour, that some gesture of good faith compensation is in order, and an explanation as to why J leger is offering such an awful service.

Ray,

first let me apologize to you profusely and sincerely. You shouldn't have to wait for an article anything like that and clearly there is some glitch that has hit two of your different submissions. The odd thing is that other submissions you had between the affected ones went through just fine.

I've used the information you've given me and I can't directly resolve the problem. I'm going to have to ask Jon to dig into it behind the scenes. At this point all I can see is what has happened, not exactly why. That means I can't give you a resolution myself, I'm afraid.

Most articles (regular ones) are completed within about 48-72 hours at the moment and the 24 hour articles get priority of course. Why your particular articles have slipped through some kind of crack I don't know, but when I do I will update you.

I know the fact that INA normally runs totally smoothly doesn't fix the issue of your articles, but we will get that resolved and I apologize again for the poor service you're received from us and the inconvenience you've suffered as a result.

Amin

Thank you Amin for your latest response here.  One of the worst aspects of the situation was the inability to reach anyone who cared to, and was willing to, take the situation on board and pro-actively look into it.

I am most appreciate that you have now done so.

Best wishes,
Ray

I'm finding the articles are taking a long time to get done. Is there enough article writers in the system.

N QUEUE: 591     ASSIGNED: 47     COMPLETED: 391,097     COMPLETED (24HRS): 451
AVERAGE COMPLETION TIME: 2.6 days, LONGEST TIME: 9.5 days

That doesn't look like alot of articles, yet only 47 have been assigned..

If the average completion time is under 3 days, then the articles are on schedule. The "longest time" often includes articles that had issues or were unable to be completed because their requests violated the terms of service of INA.

This is still unresolved.  Amin was communicating with me, and I thought he had taken the matter on.  We agreed that you would just refund me for the outstanding articles, so we could move on.

This does not appear to have been done, and I have not received any communication with respect to it.

Just left hanging.  Yet again ...

Ray

Hello Ray

That is totally on me and I apologize profusely.

I said I'd sort out your refund and I haven't. I'll do that today for you and then confirm when it's done (give me an hour or so as I have to be away from the computer now).

I'll email you directly after the refund has been processed.

Amin

Hi Amin,

This is a courtesy response as I never did receive an email confirming your refund, even though you did indeed make one.

Thank you.

Best wishes,
Ray
