Asked for refund 1 month ago - poor response from help desk - terrible article

I'm posting here as I can't get much response from your help desk.

It's almost a month now when I ordered an article. The topic was how to earn frequent flyer points with a (specific airline name) program.
I paid for 4-5 star writer and other extras and the article that came, had no how-tos, was obviously rewritten PLR article and the name of the specific airline program was just inserted here and there.

Your help desk would not respond for over a week first and then they said that I should have paid extra fee (which I did and told them that I had!!!).

It's like they didn't read anything I wrote to them. Eventually they said they would refund $20 which they haven't paid anyway and I requested
a full refund as the article is not on topic and has not any facts in it.

You are saying that I should have included additional fee.
This is exactly what I have done.
It was 1500 word article and I also paid for:
-   Extra fee to allow specific article style requests in the instructions (I outlined simple instructions how I wanted this article written
and gave a website address with a similar article as a model) – these instructions were not followed at all although the article had all the necessary facts!
-   Guaranteed four or five-star writers only – ???-  poor writing style, mistakes
-   Writer must have in-depth experience writing on the following topic (travel) – this writer certainly had no idea about this travel related topic

This was NOT supposed to be a $10 article. I paid $34.50 for this article which is a lot of money. I did not expect a masterpiece but I expected
an article on topic describing the benefits of XYZ frequent flyer program. AND I gave a link to a model article that had all the details.

I paid extra for 4-5 writer and extra again for someone who has experience in travel.
In addition to poor grammar and not following the instruction, the article is all factually wrong. In fact, if the person read the website
article I gave him/her, they would have all the facts. The person obviously did not have a look at the link/article.

The description of the program is wrong, the description of how you earn points is wrong.
They did not include any of the facts that were easily obtainable from the similar article I gave them.

In fact when you read the article you can see that this is just a PLR article about general frequent flyer programs that was simply re-written to somehow fit in my topic.

When I posted the job, I received the article within 15 minutes (!!!)  which by itself says it all.

I expect a full refund as this article is unusable, not on topic, person did not follow instructions. It’s been already two weeks since I asked for a refund.

So this is my recent 6th or 7th email to them and each time they either don't reply or say that I should have paid extra.

This is just not acceptable Jon that you pay extra for specific article style requests in the instructions (I even gave a link which had all the facts for the article which the person has not read/used at all), extra for 4-5 star writer and extra for person knowledgeable in travel and you get absolute crap.

As I said in the email topic to your help desk that I paid $34.50 for this 1500 words article (and included payment for 3 extras) and received the article 15 minutes after I posted the job. For this kind of money one should expect some decent quality.

I asked for a fast refund on the 6th of May and so far received nothing. I think there is something really wrong with your help desk and how you rank/rate writers.

Since I haven't had time to wait for a month for a refund I posted the job on Odesk (Upwork now) and for $30 got an absolutely amazing article.

I had some great experience with several of your 4-5 star writers but this job has been an absolute nightmare experience.
