Can't get to help desk

Can't get to help desk

I was very excited to give this new service a test, but I submitted an article request on April 1st and it has not been completed yet.  In a couple of hours it will be April 6th.  Looking at the forum threads, it seems that most people have had these early orders filled.  I thought that maybe I should use the help desk to see what was going on, but when I click on the button to get to the help desk, I'm instantly redirected back to my dashboard.  Any ideas about why that's happening or why my article isn't getting written?

I was also wondering if the numbers shown in the dashboard area are correct.  I've been checking since this morning and it has been showing over 700 queued articles with only one or two of them assigned.  Yet, it shows 137 completed (24 hours).  That isn't making sense to me.  Could you please explain what that means?

What were the keywords of your article? The number of articles assigned is the number of articles assigned at that moment. It varies during the day (anywhere from 2 to 15 at a time). Once an article is completed the number of completed articles goes up and the assigned number goes down -- until the writer gets assigned another article.

Thanks for the link and the explanation.  I was able to get to the help desk and make a submission.  I don't know why the button wasn't working for me.
