Funds Not Showing in Account Balance

I added funds yesterday to my INeedArticles account but it is not showing yet.  I sent in a support ticket request but I have not heard from anyone yet.  Please Help.

Did you get an automated response from help desk for your ticket? If not, check your spam folder. If so, they WILL respond, they are busy at present.

I did get a Auto Response and an email from Amin asking for my username.  I responded yesterday but so far the account balance still has not been credited.
