Jon, I just ordered 5 articles for a client and 3 of those are complete garbage. One is completely off-topic while the other 2 are just badly written even by Indian standards. I can't use those articles anywhere. The quality of your iNeedArticles service deteriorated drastically in the past few months. Even before it was not that great and I never knew if I would get a decent article or not, but now it looks like complete waste of money.

What's the point? Besides the fact that other people complaining that they don't get responses, I don't want to deal with it at all. I just did another try and your "writer" produced something that I can't even add to the website as user generated review. I mean no one expects regular product reviewer to write like Mark Twain, but this is just slightly better than span article... I have to fix it myself because it seems like non-english speaking high school dropout wrote it.... I'm moving on, if your writers can't rewrite reviews, you are done. Too bad Jon moved on to other projects and not paying attention to this service... In any case, it is his decision. Farewell...

I actually pay close attention to this service. You can contact the help desk if you feel the article was such low quality. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. If you pay for only the minimal service, you'll get an SEO-quality article. If you add services and fees (research fee, 4/5 star writers only, expert author fee, etc.) you'll get much higher quality.

I keep a close eye on the quality going through INA. We get hundreds of orders a day so I have to. If you have an issue with quality, the help desk is there to assist you and refund you if need be.
