I paid extra for 24 hour article turnaround, but one of the articles I ordered has not been delivered within this time frame. As there seems no point contacting support [they display a message saying that their response time to tickets is extra extended at the moment], can anyone kindly advise me how I can get the remaining article written as a priority please?
