Long Waiting Time

Long Waiting Time

I hate to be that person who is always complaining.

I didn't pay for the 24 hour delivery. But now it's been three days and I haven't received my articles. The longest time it says on top is 2.1 days and it's been way over that for me.

I put in a ticket with support and that's been almost 16 hours of no response.

Any idea on why this is taking triple the amount of time it normally takes for articles to be delivered. I thought perhaps I was cached and I tried clearing my cache. Still only 5 out of 14 articles.

Well, it's been four days and I still don't have all my articles. This completely ruined my work flow for the week as I had this on the docket to do for the past four days.

No response from report other than they are looking into it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I really really really love I Need Articles. I use it all the time. I've never had this bad of an experience. I actually want to order even more articles but I am hesitant to do so considering it's been 4 days since I have gotten my past order.

I suppose it happens sometimes. I use ineedarticles quite a lot too. I know I have asked my daughter in law, who has a degree in English to write articles for me and if she gets a large number of requests at the same time, she says it's really hard to think of fresh approaches and fresh ways of saying the same things if all the article requests are on the same subject. I understand the writers get to choose which articles they want to write, so if the article title looks "difficult", they may not choose to accept the mission. Quite often these days, I pay the extra fee for "in depth research" and generally get the articles pretty quickly. I don't know whether that little bit extra fee makes the difference!

I AM SO INCREDIBLY LIVID RIGHT NOW

My articles were rejected because

"If you have specific style requests, you need to add the style fee when ordering the articles. This includes the article point of view (first/third person), information or formal writing, article formatting, etc. The reason our rates are so low is that these things are left entirely to the discretion of the writer. If you need to specify these specifics, there is an extra fee associated with them."


I asked them to summarize a court case! Which they did 5 out of my 14 articles JUST FINE! Why do the rest get rejected??????

I STILL haven't gotten any word back from Support!!

CAN SOMEONE FROM SUPPORT PLEASE GET BACK TO ME?!!?!? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

I love this service - your team was able to write 5 out of my 14 articles without the style guide what exactly makes it ok to just not write 9 articles without even an EMAIL explaining why from SUPPORT? I have to log in and see it's rejected!

I emailed support on THURSDAY I understand you do not work weekends but its now MONDAY and NO WORD FROM SUPPORT!

If someone from support emailed me Friday I would have HAPPILY paid extra for the style fee on FRIDAY! But NO ONE FROM SUPPORT EVEN COMMENTED ON MY ACCOUNT!

NOW I"M SCREWED OUT OF 9 ARTICLES.

SOMEONE Please PLEASE please PLEASE please PLEASE respond to me!

I'll check on this for you and resolve it.

I'll update this thread when I've done that, but it won't be for a couple of hours.

I still have not heard anything from Support.

If I have to just copy and paste the topics, start a new batch and pay the fee that's fine. I am just very frustrated.
