My balance went into negative when I canceled an article order
« on: October 30, 2015, 12:20:53 AM »
I've been trying to reach support, but it's been over 24 hours since I submitted a ticket at the helpdesk and still no response (and it's not even weekend yet).

Anyhow, I ordered a batch of 1000-word articles. The other 2 were already written, but the 3rd one seems to be taking long. Since I saw the "X" button, I decided to click it to cancel that 1 article which hasn't been written yet.

To my surprise, my balance went from $15ish to negative (-$4)!
It was like I was billed (again!) for the entire batch of (3) articles (worth $21), instead of being refunded for that 1 article I supposedly canceled.

This is the first time this happened to me.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

It's nearly a week and This still hasn't been resolved.

I was contacted by support a few days back, asking for my login credentials, and so I replied. After 24 hours, I got a reply asking me to double check my password. I replied back saying that the details I gave is accurate. Now, 2 days later, no reply yet.

I can't order more articles until this gets resolved, and my content schedule has been affected.

I like  the iNeedArticles service for quick general articles, but the support is really really poor  :(
