Title: My Balance went to Zero

Hi
i have a problem in my account
as i was outside for some time
my Balance was 102$
and i discovered now that my balance is Zero
i sent a ticket to help desk with no response till now
please help

and i couldn't receive anything in my inbox

Hi,

I have the same problem. Balance went to zero, but I haven't used my account at all. Almost $100 is removed.

Same happened to my account. My balance went from $200 to zero. This is very unfair. I have contacted support yet no response!
