Hi,
I am unable to login to my INA account, I submitted a ticket about a week ago and it is not longer getting any responses. The response I got essentiallly said that the site was moved and to let the support staff know if the problem did not go away. Well, it didn't go away, which I have stated in the ticket response. Is there an actual staff supporting this app or is it just one person? I ask because I'd like to think that I shouldn't have to come to the forum just to get help if there is a support desk.
