No respond from support - Case #553115

No respond from support - Case #553115

I have an article written totally out of context and have submitted a ticket to have that article rewritten or the amount refunded. Ticket was submitted on the 23 Aug but have yet to receive any responds from the support guys. Anyway to escalate?

Did you get an automatic response to say your ticket had been received? If not, check your spam box / bulk mail  to see if the response is there.

Yes, I did receive the automated response that my support ticket has been submitted correctly. Have also whitelisted the domain of askjonleger.com

I've just tried to find your ticket based on your email address from your profile, but I can't see anything under that.

If you send me a PM with the email you used for the ticket I'll find it and see what the hold up is.

Amin, thanks for your respond. I've just replied your support email with the required details.

Sorry that you couldn't find anything under my email in the profile. I bought a lot of both Jon's and your products. So sometimes, I couldn't even remember which email I've used.  ;D
