Poor response from the help desk

Poor response from the help desk

Is anyone else having problems with the Help desk?

I questioned the quality of three rewrites - they were clearly spun and were only around 30% unique. I submitted a support ticket, got a request for my username after 2 days and a week later still no reply.

In the past I have had good service from the Help desk but has something happened I wonder?

I'm sorry to hear about this situation and the delay.  I believe your case has been responded to, however, I'm not finding your case on the help desk.
