Poorly written article and slow support

I received an article (What Is Yoga?) 2 days ago and its extremely poor quality and I just cant use it, I even paid for the 4 or 5 star writers. I tried to work out what the writer was trying to say to make corrections but it was so bad I was spending too much time on this, so I had to ask for a rewrite

I put in a support ticket in straight away and it's been nearly 2 days and I havent received a reply as yet, which is poor, no urgency. At the moment, I feel like I've been ripped off.

I do hope someone can get back to me on this, ideally with a rewritten article

Support is a little slower over the weekend, but you'll get a response soon. Just in case I contacted the General Manager for you.
