Hi,I need some help with getting a refund of the amount remaining with INA now after I got my first article delivered. I don't need any more articles, so requested a refund of the remaining amount 2 days ago. There was a quick response and I was happy about it.Not hearing further from INA support even after 48 hours, I wrote again to them. I got the exact same response for my email that tells me that it is simply an automated message and no one has actually got to look into it.How can I get my refund? Please help. Thanks.Case #550490
