Refund of the balance amount in my INA account requested

Hi,

I need some help with getting a refund of the amount remaining with INA now after I got my first article delivered. I don't need any more articles, so requested a refund of the remaining amount 2 days ago. There was a quick response and I was happy about it.

Not hearing further from INA support even after 48 hours, I wrote again to them. I got the exact same response for my email that tells me that it is simply an automated message and no one has actually got to look into it.

How can I get my refund? Please help. Thanks.

They will contact you. The first response is an automated one to let you know your query has been received.
