Time to finish?
« on: April 09, 2013, 03:36:17 AM »
Hello,

I have two accounts one for my company I work for and one for myself. One I requested 4, 500 word articles and got them in a few days. The other 5, 1000 word articles and I have yet to even get one. Based on the status daily the writers have completed around the number of articles that were in queue when I requested the 1000 word articles. I am wondering if I can be skipped over due to the length? Again if they come soon will be happy just wondering.

It was asking for general landscaping articles for the twin cities. Now the batch shows canceled and my account is still at zero. Where did my $35.00 go?

What's your account username? I'll take a look. The balance should have been restored when the order was canceled.

Orders are automatically canceled if the writers don't pick them up after a set amount of time. Read the linked-to message under the canceled order to see the primary reasons that happens.
