Where Do we Find the Writing Test??
« on: April 11, 2013, 03:06:45 AM »
Hi Jon,

I sent over a trouble ticket on this matter,  but thought I would post this question here to try to get some help. I signed up as a writer, but when I hit the start test
the timer started just fine, however there was not a topic given. I did not want to show as failing the test as a writer, so I created me a title and wrote the content based upon that and submitted it back in. Please can you advise if this was actually part of the test itself, and if so did I at least pass? I would like to be come a writer here so hope that I can get a reply back into this either here or on the trouble support ticket side.

Thanks Jon.

Tony

It's fixed. Just log back in and try again.

My apologies.

Hi Jon,

Thank you for the reply back and for fixing this issue.

I had already wrote out a title that I made up and I then went ahead and wrote an article based on that and submitted that in for the writing test when I did not see any topic?
Can that not count at least for the writing test part for me?  Please do let me know

and thanks once again.

Tony

I'm afraid not. It has to match the keywords shown or the reviewer will reject it.

Boy that kind of sucks eh Tony.  I would think that your article should have counted towards your test beings it was not your fault the system screwed up. I tried taking the test last week and failed, try writing an article in 5 minutes on the topic of how to make moonshine.  I mean the research just to find the information on this to make up the article took longer then 5 minutes.

You have 30 minutes, not 5. If you can't do the work in 30 minutes it wouldn't be worth your time to work on the articles. The payout would be too low. You have to be fast. The test is designed to make sure that only fast, accurate writers are working in the system.
