I can login on my desktop but when I try to login on my laptop it doesn't recognize my address... what's up with that? I'm doing it exactly the same.

Do you have the same operating system on both computers? You should be able to use IAF on both computers but not at the same time.

Won't work... tried from my laptop and my office. It won;t recognize me.
 On my main desktop, it's fine.
I wanted my writer to be able to churn these out for me on my network but he can't access my account.

Network? Maybe there is a proxy connection? Did you actually DOWNLOAD it to your laptop (as opposed to try to connect through your network)? But do your laptop and main desk top computer have the same operating system, eg Vista or XP? If no joy - contact help desk http://www.askjonleger.com/

Download it? How do I do that? It's web-based, isn't it?
I've tried from same network and different networks. Only works from one computer. I put in a support ticket byut they have not been responsive.

Well, download the ACCESS to the program, ie the login panel. You're quite right, it's web based but you still need to download the little program that accesses it on the web.
