I am having issues logging in to the Instant Article Factory the first time. I keep getting an error that the email address and/or password are wrong but I am getting the info right from the confirmation email. I submitted a support request yesterday and haven't heard anything.

Any ideas?

Have you checked your spam mail box in case the automatic response from the help desk has been directed there?

The help desk ticket is still showing that it is open without comments. Maybe I don't understand what you are asking.

No, if you are able to get into the help desk ticket, then I have no other suggestions, sorry.

I hate using help desks.      I was in IAF, closed out and wanted back in now it doesn't know me!!! What's with this?

I have no log in problems after it updates as updates are continual, but what I find is I start to research and get about 3 or 4 searches then it freezes like won't let me research anymore keywords. Another problem is when I have the article together and start to find synonyms it sometimes won't mark them so I save and restart and then it works, and when I start to change the article it will sometimes start the word finding and then go thru the article then reach a point where it won't continue then just keeps on flicking and finally underlining the whole article and the word findng process now comes up blank so again have to restart then it works. Other than these problems when I get thru an article it is passing copyscape, I then use the best spinner to spin the article as for say ezines it may still be not acceptable withou spinning. So over all great to program combined together thanks.
