Just Purchased Instant Article Factory and can't login

Same problem. I have been trying for almost 24 hours to access product. Left several requests with help desk, but no solution offered. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure most people already understand this, but if you cut and paste the password from the webpage or say a microsoft word document you are going to end up with invisible characters that mess up your code.

You need to cut and paste the code first into a regular notepad document and then from there to the login window, notepad will strip out all the extra characters that mess things up.
