Keep Getting Error When Trying to Reuse Template I Created

Created my own template. Get this error when trying to use it...

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 273678336) (tried to allocate 16 bytes) in /home/instanta/public_html/index.php on line 412

Any ideas?
