helpdesk person created new password, I auto reset password 7-8 times, still no luck. I used to be able to log in, I paid for a year, don't know what could be the issue. Any suggestions?
On my own membership sites run by wishlist member I always have 1~2 people with the same issue, creating a brand new account for them solves the problem, but Jonathan's helpdesk doesn't take login issues seriously, I guess it is below them.
Grrr.
