Templates are spinning bad grammar

Here's a segment from a template I just went to use:

"Let's take a examine 7 Factors why you"

Now come on. I can't use that. Not only do I need to shape the article, but I have to correct errors in the supposedly ready to go template too.

Anyone else finding this problem?
