Author Topic: Troubles with net 3068? (Read 1026 times)

I bought instantarticlewizard3 downloaded it fine and installed it fine. Everything seem to work in the program except the function where you change out the different parts of the sentences to make it original( at this moment can't think of the name of the function as you will see later of this post) When I would go to change the sentence or modify it the parts were not highlighted and the words or phrases did not come up in a box to check.
At this point I went ahead and downloaded the net framework and installed it. Now when I opened IAW(click on the Icon) my computer screen goes black and then comes back on but the IAW program will not open.I have uninstalled both IAW3 and net framework and reinstalled both with the same problem.
I don't know what to do and need some help PLEASE!!!

The bit you are talking about is the synonym function (just like a thesaurus)

I am totally with you on this one. Same thing with mine. Frustrating too because it cost me hours of work for my clients. I am okay with writing my own content, but when someone asks for several blogs in a short period of time, I was hoping this was going to help with that. I'm looking forward to receiving the response to this. I don't even know where to download a new update (by the way the first beta worked on this program. I'm surprised it's not now!). But having said that looks like you just downloaded it... so... hope you get this responded to SOON!! ZooglingCJ

Please help me, somebody. I posted this somewhere else looking for help. I've written to the Help Desk - no response. On December I bought the $7 trial for 7 days. On December 24, 2010, I paid the $77 for the program during the beta testing. Now I cannot access the program. It says I need a new key. Why? I paid $84 for one month of service? How do I get a new key without paying out more money? Thanks.

Well I got iaw3 installed and now I can open it and everything functions except my original problem the synonyms function does not work except it underlines the words and phrases but will not highlight or give synonym options.

How I got iaw3 to install: I uninstalled iaw3 and net frame 350 from my computer. I went to jonleger.com as suggested by Meg(thanks Meg). They have questions with solution and after I had already sent a ticket in I saw where I could download the latest iaw3 software so I downloaded this one and installed it. Tried to open it. It would not open but the black screen was not coming on so I installed the net frame 350 sp1 which is the latest version. Now it is executing.

Maybe I am doing something wrong with the synonym function so I will review the videos but I would greatly appreciate help on this matter

This is the Instant Article FACTORY forum. The previous poster was talking about IAW. Are you talking about IAF or IAW?

Are you talking about Instant Article Factory? There was no Beta testing for IAF in December, that I know of. The Beta testing was for IAW (a separate program). Only the help desk can help you.Have you checked your spam folder? help desk is usually pretty good at getting back to people but sometimes their messages get put in people's spam folder. http://www.askjonleger.com/
