Using Virtual Assistant

What is the best way to have my virtual assistant use my IAF? Can I just give her my login info? Or...??

That should work. Just co-ordinate times with her so that you both don't try to be using it at the same time. Having two different IP addresses connected at the same time for the same account is most likely a no-no...
